"me" day.

i went home early yesterday.
i called in sick today.
i needed a "me" day.

so what did i do? i'm glad you asked:

1. i picked up pastries at Paris Baguette.
2. i met up with a newfound friend at Cafe de Leche, shared the pastries, and had a Horchata Con Espresso (yummy..)
3. i went to Glendale Galleria and Americana and shopped my little heart out.
4. i pledged to become a Red Cross Champion.
5. my college friend received her birthday flowers :)
6. i met up with another college friend at Pastel Nail Salon.
7. we drank refreshing (but very gingery) drinks at Cafe Gratitude.
8. we ate dinner at California Chicken Cafe.
9. we came back to my house and watched Tangled.
10. i finally received my etsy necklace in the mail (huzzah!)

i spent a lot of monies. i feel bad. but i feel refreshed.
"me" equals "me" for part of the day and "me + loved ones" for the rest of the day.

God is good. really really good.
