ugh depressing posts. but so many FAIL moments in life as of late:
1. failed to pay 2 months of student loans on time :'[ just found that out this morning....
2. failed to deliver a very important work task last friday.
3. failed to hang up photo frames with even spaces and straight lines.
4. failed to buy calming wind chimes. bought the loudest wind chimes EVER. should've bought these instead:
and yet...
1. mistakes happen. changes in the past few months have been crazy and life has been a whirlwind. must learn to forgive myself and be thankful that i have the funds to pay late charges. lesson learned: write. down. due. dates.
2. i cannot and will not be perfect in the workplace. i am validated not by my job or my failures or my accomplishments...but by the One who loves me.
3. the skewed lines and imperfections will now be a daily reminder of the little nuances/imperfections of my character. a reminder that i have been freely given grace even though i am ridiculously flawed.
4. i'll just have to deal. those loudass chimes might just have to go / be resold.
